Senior Back-End Developer
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain back-end components to ensure high-performance and scalability for web applications.
- Upload, configure, and maintain web applications using cPanel, including managing file systems, permissions, and server configurations.
- Design, create, and update databases connected to web applications, ensuring data integrity and optimizing performance.
- Build and integrate custom software solutions tailored to client needs.
- Integrate third-party APIs into websites, enabling additional functionality and seamless data exchange.
- Optimize web applications for performance, security, and scalability to support modern website requirements.
- Troubleshoot and debug server-side issues to ensure seamless functionality and uptime.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to define and implement technical requirements and workflows.
Job Requirements
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Back-End Developer with the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar back-end frameworks
- Experience with cPanel or similar hosting management tools for deploying and managing applications
- Strong knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), including database schema design, optimization, and management
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party API integrations
- Solid understanding of web security best practices, data privacy regulations, and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
