Senior Finance Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Analyze financial performance and develop insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies to maximize company growth and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax policies, and internal financial controls.
- Identify areas for cost reduction, revenue generation, and financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and achieve financial goals.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners, presenting financial information and strategies as needed.
Job Requirements
We’re seeking a results-driven and experienced Finance Executive with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or CPA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting software
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or similar)
- Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards, especially as they relate to startups
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance team members
- Experience in managing cash flow, investments, and financial risks to optimize business performance
